When the temperature starts to heat up – this is when we choose to do a complete detox. You will be able to find the most fresh fruits and vegetables to detox with during the summer months. Here are some ways to get started on a summer detox:
- Visit your local farmers’ market for fresh, non-treated vegetables.
- Take an exercise class. Since it’s hot, take a water aerobics or swimming class.
